Can hyperlinks be integrated in our courses?

💡 Yes

Hyperlinks can lead to outside resources, like websites or to the parts of a course. You can also attach files to the description of the course: additional reading, takeaway materials. And allow your learners to upload files to the system in the “Homework” assessment.

Can we classify some courses as mandatory?

💡 Yes/No

You can add the information that the course is mandatory to the description of the course. Also, setting due dates while assigning mandatory courses will help to differ then from a non-compulsory ones. There’s no such out of the box setting for the courses.

Does your learning system provide the learner with a dashboard to view all assigned, registered, in progress, and recommended learning at a glance?

  • courses assigned to me, my courses in progress, my completed courses, due dates to complete the courses

  • my progress in education, all results and skills success

  • (if enabled by admin) my groups’ leaderboards

Does the system provide a personalized learning plan?

System offers a very flexible and handy assigning instrument among many the following scenarios are available:

Does the system provide push notifications once the learner is enrolled to a course?

A learner will be notified in the newsfeed and via email (if enabled) when:

  • There's a new message in my feed

  • I'm assigned a new course

  • There is a new comment

  • Somebody replies to one of my comments

  • My homework assessment was checked

Does it have a mobile app?

💡 No

But since it is a web-based system, your employees CAN access it and complete trainings on any mobile device (smartphones, tablets) that has a browser and internet connection.

Does the system integrate with our enterprise system?

Konstantly has an open API, which allows integration with any third-party application on your side for easier migration of user profiles and other data.

Single sign on is available too.

Does the system integrate with marketplace courses? (MOOC)

You can upload any courses/ trainings in SCORM format. For a better reporting, we though recommend to create assessments in Konstantly.

How often do you update the system?

We introduce new features and functionality in every month’s update. All updates and new functions are free and are installed automatically.

Your project’s Account Manager will provide you up-to-date information about the updates, introduce you to the new features before the release, work on your project’s success and best efficient use of the system.

Can you describe the system testing and assessment capabilities?

Creating Tests in Konstantly you can choose use 6 types of questions:

  • Yes/No

  • Choice

  • Sorting

Tests can be configured variously:

You can assign one or more tags to each question within a test to measure employees’ knowledge in professional fields. The percentage of correctly answered questions with each tag is tracked in Konstantly statistics.

Homework help you to bring hands-on-practice tasks into your courses. Unlike tests, homework require employees to upload text or file that has to be evaluated by the manager and depending on the results of the evaluation employees will proceed to pass or fail path.

Surveys help to collect feedback about your course. You will be able to track the responses of users either anonymously or not, see if they skipped some questions or not and finally, see responses of a user to all questions or, vice versa, responses of all users to a question.

Can the user view detailed results of their test performance?

💡 Yes

User with the “Learner” role by default can see their own progress in their profile: average score in all completed courses, status of the courses in progress, results for all completed courses in a chart, completed assessments, etc.

Admin can customize the role permissions to allow learner to see the leaderboards of his/her groups.

Can you explain how the threshold grade system works?

For each test in the course you can set a pass threshold that defines the percentage of correct answers for passing or failing the test. Using non-linear structure of the course, the learners who passed the test (gave the necessary number of correct answers) will go one way, and learners who failed, will go another way (for example, repeating the lesson).

How does the tag system work?

The tags you set for questions in different tests and different courses are gathered in the system, analyzed and shown in the statistics as “skills”. It presents visual report of user’s knowledge in different professional fields.

Can we set a policy about the number of test trials?

💡 Yes

Creating a test, set the maximum number of attempts for learner to complete the test. When the test is failed, learner can have another try. All the attempts will be recorded at shown in the test report.

Is the learner aware of the result of the course in terms of passed or failed tests and the number of remaining attempts?

💡 Yes

Before the test is started, learner sees all the conditions for completing it: pass score, time limit, attempts possible and the number of current attempt, number of questions. When the test is finished learner can see whether he/she passed or failed and with what score.

Can you explain all the features related to your analytics and reporting system?

Konstantly provides several reports to track various types of learning activity on different levels:

  • Course statistics – includes detailed reports on user progress, results, test answers, survey answers, skills reports

  • User statistics – shows the statistics for a user across all the assignments and courses

  • Group statistics – in addition to regular reports shows user leaderboard and highlights inactive users

  • Global statistics – similar to group statistics which is expanded to all the data in the system

Can the statistics be organized in companies, departments, groups of learners/type of courses?

💡 Yes

The company structure can be copied and organized in the groups hierarchy (Brand - Country - Department - Team). And by checking each group’s statistics you will see the leaderboard with best and poor performances in the group. All reports can be exported and analyzed further in Excel.

Can the managers work on the statistics and reports related to their employees?

💡 Yes

Create a new role “Manager of dept.A” and set up the permission to view and manage the group “Dept.A”.

Is it an intuitive and user-friendly tool?

Konstantly's key concept is to stay clean and easy to use while enabling quite complex techniques and methodologies for course authors who are not necessarily instructional design professionals.

All the training navigation and user experience in general is very intuitive. Coupled with the modern design it makes another reason for learner’s engagement in the education process.

Can the administrator easily and quickly manage the entire analytics and reporting process?

Admin has a “superuser” role in the system having access to all authoring, managing, reporting and settings part of the Konstantly site.

Can we see the questions in the middle of the video from the user's point of view?

Does the system support gamification of learning? And if so, how? (leaderboard, badges/points/credits)?

💡 Yes

The reports in the system are very visual: activity reports, score leaderboard in smaller and bigger groups, skills achievement. Soon Konstantly is to present new ways to drive learners to achieve better results. These are Certificates and Competencies map and management. We will be able to share the details about the upcoming features in the nearest time.

Is it possible to assign training paths/courses to different groups?

Is it possible to assign training paths/courses to different groups?

First of all, a user can belong to a group within a group. For example, parent group “France”, child group “Paris”- user belongs to both of them.

Besides this, a user can also be a member of two groups of a same level. For example, in groups “Project 1” and “Project 2”, when he/she is involved in two projects at the same time.

Can the admin assign a course to a group instead of a single user?

Does the manager have the ability to drill down into the learning activities of their employees?

💡 Yes

A manager of a certain group - is a separate role that originally has to be created and set up by the admin. When manager’s privileges are defined, he/she can assign courses to his/her team, follow their results, inform them about deadlines, consult them on the trainings, evaluate their homework answers, follow their activity in the system.


What are exactly the functions that each role have in the hierarchic system (admin, manager, instructor, etc.)

Admins can create custom roles or edit the restrictions of the existing ones.

Do learners have the ability to share or suggest courses?

💡 Customizable

You can change this in the role management and allow some learners to create courses, but not to publish. This is a great possibility for knowledge sharing in the company.

Does the system support study groups and collaborative learning processes?

💡 Yes

Study groups are held well with the chats within groups - for exchanging experience. Collaborative learning process can be implemented within the peer assessment element.
